Parent Therapy
Parent Therapy offers a safe and supportive space for parents and carers to reflect on their parenting journey, explore challenges, and find new ways forward. This is separate from child therapy and focuses on your own needs as a parent, while keeping your child’s wellbeing at the centre.
I see children either in their school or at my Ealing Broadway clinic (during school hours). Parent sessions can be arranged in person or online, depending on what feels most accessible.
Reduced fees are available for single or solo mothers, and for parents who are survivors of domestic violence.
