Parent Therapy
Parent Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to reflect on your parenting journey, explore challenges, and find new ways forward. It’s separate from child’s therapy — the focus is on you as a parent, while keeping your child’s wellbeing at the centre.
Ideally, I see children in their school during school hours. Parent sessions can be arranged in-person at a clinical space in Ealing Broadway or online, depending on what works best for you.
